This Privacy Policy explains how SDR Contracts ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use SDR Contracts and related websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process about visitors, account holders, and paid members in connection with the Services.

  • Account and identity information (for example, name, email, account ID, and authentication provider identifiers).
  • Subscription and transaction information (for example, membership status, renewal dates, and transaction metadata). We do not store full payment card details.
  • Profile and preference information (for example, onboarding selections and job-feed preferences).
  • Communications you send to support.
  • Device, usage, and log data (for example, IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, and reliability/security logs).
  • Information from third-party providers needed to operate the Services.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Create/manage accounts and authenticate users.
  • Process memberships, billing events, and access control.
  • Personalize in-app experience and job feed.
  • Send service, billing, and security notifications.
  • Monitor reliability and prevent abuse/fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce policies.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

  • Service providers and processors that support hosting, database, authentication, billing, communications, and security.
  • Professional advisors and legal authorities when required.
  • Parties involved in corporate transactions, where applicable.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies to keep sessions secure, remember preferences, and measure reliability/performance. Disabling cookies may affect feature availability.

6. Data Retention

We retain information while accounts are active and as needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. When retention is no longer required, we delete or de-identify personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your US Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing where applicable.

For appeals, email the same address with subject line "Privacy Appeal."

9. California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

In the prior 12 months, we collected identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity, and preference inferences for service delivery, billing, security, and legal compliance.

California residents may exercise applicable rights by emailing privacy@sdrcontracts.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to third-party websites/services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
